Been posted a few times & as we don't know what is in the contract it doesn't really amount to much. Obvious really that things said verbally can easily be broken. As I noted yesterday it was interesting that in Spain all contracts have a buy out clause, didn't know that.

That was why Real were able to buy Figo from Barca a few years back. Imagine if they did have that in England

Suarez asks of a clause....they give him one.....just not what him or his people thought.....so whose at fault there? Liverpool for being underhanded with the wording or Suarez and his team for not disputing the clause befor he signed it.

You're not much of an agent if you can't ensure that a contract is watertight imo
