2. The Racism - would I be right in saying that he referred to Evra as 'negrito'? A south American using the term 'negrito'? Unacceptable to us, yes, but it hardly makes him a card-carrying KK member, does it? There's, y'know, cultural differences.

3. He bit Ivanovic - biting someone on the arm is wrong, but smashing an opponent in the nose with your elbow is fine? Or is that only ok if your name is Bergkamp?
