player. Now we are supposed to get our heads around spending £55m.

Why? Because PSG spend £55m on a top player, so now that is suddenly the going rate, apparently. Yet some people still think that clubs owned by oil states and gangsters are a good thing.

All that matters, apparently, is the ability to spend whatever it takes to buy the best players.

after they won the league. Going on on one side how he was an investigative journalist and he put all his effort saying down with this sort of thing yet then going on about how much as a City fan he was loving it. c**t basically

They care if it is another club who have that money and can spend it. :russiancriminalgangstadrugdealingbloodmoney:

He's a city fan, he got into writing about football finance after the whole swales/lee debacle and he's pretty much been in the epicentre of the whole wealthy oil magnate takeover.

Remember, it's not like success has exactly come easy to city

with a lower case 'r'
You're obviously Rich, with an upper class 'R'

I'd take those odds and go large if I was rich (with a lower case 'r') but I'm not.
