But people just kind of ignore him. He's not getting any hatred...He's not the victim. So he tries again...

And this time someone says something that is a little teensy bit disparaging...something normal people would accept as differing views Que Sera etc.

Well, of course, that was just what Chief was waiting for. He's the victim now, you see, so he can retort with equal and opposite back, right?

See? Perfectly reasonable - the victim standing up for himself. Oh wait, what's that? Note he calls IsEx a name, references an old dispute, and also calls out his longstanding opponents. It's almost as if he is LOOKING for negative attention. Odd...
Egg and dart pops in...with a non-supportive but not terribly offensive reply - basically agreeing Chief's topic of choice was stupid and also calling him out as a non-fan. Let's see just how offensive these words are: "Well Chief, if you knew anything about football you would just accept that its a friendly match and not ask silly questions. Also, if you were in tune with The Arsenal you would have known that this match was on the cards for quite some time now."
Okay..adults can agree that this doesn't rate too high on the offensive scale. Maybe a 3. Not supportive, but not terrible.
But no response from IsEx! Fail! IsEx is gone! So Chief failed to get negative attention from IsEx despite his efforts, but now he has a potential negative encounter with Egg and dart to look forward to. Does he ignore this 3 of 10 insult or try to fan the flames...let's see....
"Yes, let's never pass up an opportunity to dis your most hated enemy (which is me, by the way Cloud Nine), and then respond in nonsensical abstractions. How's your dead wife? Still in this country somehow, I see."
1) He openly admits to enjoying negative attention (a psychiatrist would probably nod his head and stroke his beard at this and jot a note) and then! 2) Dead wife! Wow, that's probably near 10 out of 10 offensive - agree? Chief doesn't want another no-reply like he got from IsEx...no more risking it. He needs that attention. So go 10 and take no chances.
But holy crap! Ten minutes go by with no reply from egg and dart! Wtf?!?!? How can this be? You can't ask for more effort...or can you? One can always keep trying if you want it bad enough...

Since he was so chatty? Chief had spent 10 long minutes waiting for egg to reply to his earlier 10 of 10 insult with no luck..so ofc he opens with that...
Well, it kicked off from there as others joined in and Chief got the attention he needed to get off at least three times.
Of particular note is that at 6:52 he posts that he has the pms saved, and when challenged to print them to prove he wasn't lying, at 7:47 they got deleted because his mailbox was too full.
Personally, I watch this now and marvel at humanity. I mean, holy frijole! Which about sums it up.
Why is he a moderator?
Why does he post?
Why do people reply to him?
