sadly this has been building up over last few years and now come to a head. The fact is we had the chance to build the team over last few years but the club and AW got into an arrogant comfort zone thinking they were above the rest of the hoi pollo. Well we are now reaping the seeds of that bull**** policy and every year we slip further and further from success, a bit at a time and noone at the club cares enough to do anything about it because we made 4th again. Even this summer, the transfer stuff is just bull**** hype. We have not made a market rate offer for anyone. We just play games trying to get top players cheap. AW's time is up. Top players just don't care about playing for him anymore, he is not a major attraction anymore.
