Computer whizzkids help please? I am trying to delete files on a pen-drive and I keep being told

there isn't enough space to perform this operation. How can there not be space to delete??? Any suggestions? Thanks 40,000,001 times for any help.

Transferring all of the fish to a folder on the pc it is attached to, format the usb drive, delete the files you don't want on the pc and then copy them back to the usb drive?
