Either with sliced boiled eggs or a fried egg style on the top.

mix eggs, milk, cheese n hamg and tomatos together..pepper , salt..pour in and bake..easy

Par boil the eggs then bang them on top, sliced, for 2 mins before taking it out so the yolks still a'runnin.

N.B. I'm assuming you have some base ingredients e.g. cheese, onion/shallot etc
