find his antic repulsive and actually think he is quite over-rated as he a shots on target ratio akin to somehow shooting with a bent rifle on a fairground stall. Given that the deal will never happen I feel confident that I can stick to my guns here and look like a man of principle.


However.... I would be a liar if I didn't say I hadn't had an ideal moment thinking of him wheeling away having scored the winner at Anfield in front of the Kop. The fact that this will piss off Liverpool so much is a saving grace

What really surprises me is Rich's devotion to the idea, this is a man who's much more cricket and rugby than football.

And those two sports place a lot more value on the corinthian ideals than football thankfully ever will (outside of a small, rainy island just off of europe).
