This bid for Cesc is similar to something that laugh at our board for skiing. The whole bidding for a player you're never gonna get, and a low bid at that.

He has also said he plans on retiring at Barcelona. Barcelona have just sold one of their midfielders to Bayern. If Xavi or Iniesta get injured they would have no one to cover for them with Cesc and and Thiago gone.
£25m is probably about £10-£15m below a figure Barca would accept. Man Utd won't pay £40m, they're just trying it on. I actually don't know what they're doing. They're going to look very silly bidding for two midfielders from Barca and not getting either.

stripping Podolski or Rosicky of their number, depending on which number Suarez wants.

Last month Fábregas said he wanted to stay at Camp Nou. "I've always said that I'm happy at Barça. Whoever says that I'm leaving doesn't know me and has never spoken with me," he said. "Nor with my agent, because he knows that I don't want him to talk with other people about me. I'm very private and I don't even talk about these things with my family. If someone says anything that isn't that I want to play at Barça, it's completely absurd."
