It seems impossible to organsie a holiday with a group of friends.

I am trying to arrange something for October but to get everybody at the same time to have the a) monies b) time off work c) the same interest to go to the same place is an impossible task.

I've tried it once before last year and from 8 people going it turned into 2. :bangstick:

but I can't justify another trip to another location again.

But the problem is. my mate is dead set on going now in october and he'll just get pissed off if I change the plan now.
