No one outside of Wenger, Gazidis and whoever is handling the negotiations
I worked part time in the academy for 9 years and anything that was being talked about was effectively rumours - albeit based on seeing people tucked away in quiet rooms etc.
So no different than what you see in most commercial organisations.
