It's the kind of food that makes me grit my teeth in case I run into the kitchen screaming, "It's FOOD you ****! It's supposed to be generous and warm and prepared in a spirit of hospitality, it's not supposed to be the living embodiment of a chef ****ing his ego onto a plate!"

And breathe.

That difference being, I like Dabbous and not Hibiscus.

I also love Le Gavroche and hate Restaurant Gordon Ramsey.

Whaddya want from me?

We paid up and went straight to The Delaunay for a lobster roll and a pudding :-(

You can apply your snout to the trough until your arteries burst, as far as I'm concerned. I care not what you do. I just wish you would allow me the f**king privilege of liking Dabbous without being on my f**king case about it.

And stay the f**k out of the Delaunay. I love the Delaunay and don't want it reeking of your sort*.

*I don't mean Jewishes.

She claims about 50 of them keep congregating in the area and while the council kindly spend the tax payers money in clearing up after them and dispensing free of charge, one way bus tickets, the buggers keep returning like wasps to a jam pot..

Will you not give me that much? For old times' sake?

I gather it's members only.. :-(

Members only? It certainly didn't used to be. It's part of The Ivy / Caprice lot, isn't it? I tended to prefer J Sheekey, really.

is a splendid way to sample seafood from the company that provide Sheekey's with their oysters at probably 20% of the cost.
Rocks at 60p each and Locals at 75p.
A good find amidst a rustic boatyard and views across the Colne.

J Sheekey will give me a decent dry martini when I walk in. Those c**ts don't even serve Tizer.
