i.e. charge devices such as mobile phone, tablets etc. while on the go

If so, would you recommend it?

and I'll be using Viewranger to plan and record the route using my mobile and tablet but that uses lots of power.

The walk will be over 14 days and therefore an average of 21 miles / day which means around 8-10 hours of walking per day, that means I'll need a power pack

I would say though that even the biggest power packs will struggle to give you more than a week's charge - and they are heavy too (a couple of kg, roughly).

For a long trip like yours, you're going to have to either plan to stop off mid-trip to recharge the powerpack, or go old-fashioned and use OS printouts and a compass :-)

You'll never pass negs drug test when you get back imo ;-)

Bracknell. They may not all be there any more, but they always had an odd affinity to naming pubs after birds in Bracknell, Goose, Pheasant, Peacock, Tracy......

Raised about £5,000 for an organisation that looks after Autistic people.

It was an incredible journey, fantastic places, lovely people, great food and wine.

Each day we had what is called "menu del dia" and for ¤8 you have 3 course meal and a bottle of rioja

This is a track recording, let me know if you can't see any photos as I am in the middle of experimenting

You can create routes in advance and record walks, its a SatNav which I use on both my mobile and tablet, for me its fantastic but you may know something better

I did 12 months volunteer work as a court-appointed intermediary, reviewing case workers recommendations for foster care placement in the Black and Hispanic communities locally, advising the judge as case workers can make emotional decisions. f**king horror show, short-term foster care is a scary place and good foster homes are a rare thing. Majority were benefits claimants looking to make extra dosh. Yeah the kids were not abused, but jesus the conditions. Heart-wrenching stuff.

working a 7 acre of land that was donated by Syngenta for people of learning disabilities. We are preparing this land and we have people such as the one you described who work there as part of their rehabilitation, including drugs addicts and other young offenders
