I indulged from about Christmas right through to about 4-5 weeks ago. It cost me about half a stone. Which is not too bad for 5 months of indulgence imo.

So with a wedding in Spain and a holiday coming up in July, I thought I should do some work to get ready for some pictures. So have been working hard for 4-5 weeks now. Carbs are back out of the diet and running is back in. 8lb lost so far. Quite fancy another 4/5 lbs in the next few weeks before I go on holiday.
