first 2 x paracetomol and 1 x nurofen and 2 x pro plus and three teaspoon of instant espresso coffee at 7.45 am 2 x bags of mccoys and a bacon n cheese muffin from BP, bar of choc, bag of milk bottles, 1 can of Rockstar for brekkie on way to work at 8.30...lunch 1 x bacon n egg esso sandwich, 1 can of Rehab, 1 bottle of naked green, 1 almond eat natural bar and bag of nice n not in anyway spicy nik naks...now feel not hungover but a bit ****e fooded...need a run..will go after work i guess
