I'm not much of a fan of my own first name, it's generic to the point that there were six in my year at school, but it's in essence not that **** a name. People are journalists and CEOs and all sorts of respectable things whilst being burdened by a slightly crap name. It's not all bad.

That said, there's a strata of names which are just downright ****. Lee, Wayne, Gavin etc
