Cuthbert is a decent option but Manu can offer centre and wing cover (though I think the thinking is that North can make an impact in the centre). Like the fact that he has gone for O'Brien and Croft as bench options as well - no need to waste space on the bench with a lock. Brave move to change a winning team so much but it looks good to me
