Awimb I have a problem. A work problem

I am suffering from some sort of chronic laziness.

When I was younger I would always get what needed to be done as fast and as well done as possible.

Now when I am busy I tend to just click from screen to screen reading the odd email but not doing anything and then coming on here.

:-( Very dangerous imo.

I make things difficult for myself. When in reality it should be easy. I could sort something out with a quick call yet I wait until it gets to the urgent stage till I do anything about it.

Is this fixable.

Now I eat Italain food, no longer watch the porn or fighting
