a bit like wet mayonnaise. That wasn't so bad. The smoked salmon quiche was rancid. I just tried swallowing it in big chunks and hoped i didn't choke.

It's on an island called Alnön which is opposite the part of Sweden where i'm living. It was right next to the sea, so the views were amazing. Sadly, the menu was full of fish :-|
