or rather good.
Can anyone help, as my less autistic associates tell me it's important to have fixed opinions about things like this.

I couldnt decide either tbh, very funny to start with but then got dull quickly and for a long time.
Basically an episode of Family Guy with an extra hour to kill.
On the upside, Mila Kunis

half a dozen times.
That said, I find Mark Wahlberg a deeply off-putting screen presence. He is possibly the most heavy-handed actor I've ever seen.

I thought it was charming in Boogie Nights, then again I thought everything was charming about Boogie Nights somehow, but I've seem him in a few other things and it's just his style.

There's only so many **** films that will get you a pass for though, I agree

I've seen some excellent movies on long haul flight over the last couple of years, mind. Moon was good, there was an excellent German one about the inmates of a loony bin, but best of all was Never Let Me Go with Ikea Nightly. Excellent stuff.

I always then say i will listen to a audio book or some music but never do either.
I just sit there reading the sky mall magazine every few hours.

Dinner at the airport, a bottle of decent claret between two.
As soon as drinks are served on board, a couple of scotch and sodas or one of those wee bottles of champagne.
Meal. Wine.
Movie, scotch and soda.
Half a sleeping tablet (your dealer can score these for you.)
Next thing someone is waking you up for breakfast and you're an hour from landing.

In Boogie Nights he was playing someone essentially very stupid to the point of being mentally subnormal. I think he may have been typecast.
Also, I haven't been able to stand him since his hair was so very off-putting in 'The Departed'

It was really obvious from Kermode's review, actually. He was trying not to do spoilers, but anyone with the least intelligence could work out what the upshot was.

Short haul I'm constantly looking at my watch wanting it to be over. Long haul, I know it's not going to be over for ages, so I just sort of accept it, start drinking and watching movies.

I always pick a late flight coming back. So this time I spend most of the day walking around.
The flight was pretty empty so loads of space. It felt like I was on the plane for 1 hour. I even slept during the dinner. I had no idea what was going on. :cloud9:

Where there was a f**k off tropical storm very close and the stewardesses looked **** scared strapped into their stations. That was a bit worrying to say the least.
