Though the pilots voice was reassuring.

Staff were nice. Sort of old fashioned. Plenty of drink offering.

I've always had a quality flying experience with BA, whether it be long or short haul.

as a Gold member, first lounge access, greeted by name by staff, free seat selection, etc. I also seem to get free upgrades everytime i'm in economy. They are great

and their top class is a good bit better than BA business but only slightly more expensive
