Amazing cinematography.
Special effects incredible.
The fight scenes were sensational.
The sound was immense.
And the story was an interesting take on the Superman legend.

Henry Cavill nails it as Superman and Michael Shannon is fantastic as General Zod.

A thoroughly enjoyable 2 and a half hours of escapism.

Saw it yesterday afternoon, although i liked it, it didnt have the same impact as Iron Man 3 or me. Maybe cos I watched it in 3D.

Iron Man 3 had a lot more humour.

Man of Steel was much darker in tone.

I just thought the fight scenes between the Kryptonians was mind bending.
The blend of special effects with the actors was seamless.

Man of Steel was 2.5 hours of pure escapism.....

Hopefully - fellow fans of superhero stuff will enjoy the film.

You don't like that kind of genre then so be it....
