down to builders and ..me imo... they have the thread of 6 yr jail and 6 x the amount as fine ( all countries have fines on a multiplier and all negotiate) ..so 20 mil will be max negotiate..all ttally standard imo..just dont try and avoid tax..do the crime do the time/fine
