I may be regressing, I have the sudden urge to put on a greyed-though-washing iron maiden t-shirt, silver rimmed glasses and acid-wash denim with high-top market trainers.

you know the cheat to get your armour skill up to 100 quickly? Then get dragonbone armour

and when you get to 100 build the Dragon Armour (Light or heavy) in the Skyforge (think it gets a bonus if made there)

Can't help with the Skyrim though. Get into Civ 4 (BTS) perhaps. By far the greatest Civ game the world has ever seen.
