2000 watts of grinding power.
I'm considering the addition of a clove of garlic.

There's something rather satisfying about using those crank handle ones, though. Visceral, even.
You're going to use perfectly good steak to make hamburgers again, aren't you? :-(

I shall soften some finely diced onion in butter and add this with a few breadcrumbs and a fistful of chopped parsley.

I had considered a touch of mustard.
I think the time has come to admit defeat and just order a f**k off sack of MSG.

What does a hemp-underpanted , part-time lecturer in gender studies at Enfield Poly know about meat?
You know, rashers of bacon chopped into small cubes.
Add an egg as well as the breadcrumbs to ensure it doesen't fall to pieces and a bit of cracked pepper and you'll be in for a taste sensation.

Bacon bits? In a burger?
Never.
Aside from a really good fillet steak, I should be surprised if you can name a meat that even comes close.
