Yes, well spotted. It's the column definition $D:$D mistyped as $SD:DJ. Huh! What a muppet! As the value in the cell was supposed to be zero anyway I didn't see anything wrong with it. Just as well I didn't buy the Apple machine at lunchtime as advised in some quarters, and went instead for a whopper meal.
