English under 21s made up 2.28% of the total minutes played in 12/13 with Man City, Chelsea, Swansea, Stoke and Wigan failing to field an English u 21 all season.
Anyone tell me why you would expect Swansea to field such a player???

As a Scot with one of the ****est leagues in existence and a strong dislike of international football I personally couldn't GAF what nationality the players are

enough youngsters are getting playing time. Why would Swansea give a toss about that?
