Sausage and Bacon doesn't go together.

Look at all that **** in the drip tray.

rather than grill it. You've got to give it room to breathe, man.

Always better in the caff with a big mug of tea, somehow despite the fact that they'll be cooking the cheapest crap they can get hold rather than the nice stuff you'd probably buy for yourself. or maybe because of that, who knows?

Haven't had a good (bad?) fry up in ages, really fancy one now.

Have you never seen a caff menu? Eggs a la plancha. Bacon a la plancha. Sausage a la plancha.

I think they're about 20% 'meat'. And weirdly ****.

full report. When reading the ingredients I was shocked to see how little meat is in some of them.

I haven't had a proper sandwich since that one I sent you the picture of. I think I disgusted myself a bit.

I was on a mission, though. For some reason booze seemed much more important than food.

so well I had everything on the table within 2 minutes of entering the place.

Though when it's too quick you can suffer from inferior food that has already been cooked and been kept warm for ages.

As for 'organic farming', ask the Irish how that worked out for them in the 19th Century.

That said, the hot wings at Perfect Fried Chicken and Dixie are utterly delectable despite looking like an amputated pigeon mutation.

their own, but somehow really go well with other stuff, aren't they? There's quite a good pasta recipe that combines them with (I know you'll laugh) bacon and cabbage to strangely lovely effect.

You were given this in Ireland, weren't you b? Hmm?

I used this recipe as a guide when trying to recreate that chicken we'd had at Tapas Revolution; you'll remember that I used bite sized pieces of thigh rather than the joints suggested here, so cooking times and orders are different obviously.

I'm deffo popping that on my Paprika app. We were going to go to Tapas Revolution on Sunday, but it was sunny, so we ate at the Bull's Head in Chislehurst. It was...well...y'know. http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/ohwell.gif

created Tapas Revolution.

She finds it amusing that she is Spanish, going on a course to teach her how to cook Spanish food, run by a Spanish guy, in London.

order a few bits at a time and just keep going for a few hours with a load of fino sherry or beer.

We're in too much of a rush when we go to restaurants, we should be more relaxed and just go with the flow.

great fun to watch him bowl Ponting with one that nipped back though.

The 4 in 4 was very good, something Dernbach/Woakes should be watching. His yorkers were bang on the money.

I reckon Ravi could have played his way in to the team for tomorrow. Scored 50 odd at a run a ball and bowled pretty well.

Bopara ought to play tomorrow. Think Napier was a bit unlucky not to get more of a go in the 2020 team a few years ago. Pretty impressive performances in the CC as well this year (allowing for the fact that it is div 2). Bopara, Shah, Ten Dosc, Foster, Napier is a pretty powerful batting line-up there - not sure about the top 3 (though Rutherford might be a good addition)

Rutherford is definitely a good addition. They could be a good outside bet for the T20 this year with that batting, the bowling will always be an issue but if Saj Mahmood comes good we will have someone with genuine pace to complement Masters, Topley, Napier and the medium pacers.

Napier had a stress fracture in his back in 2009 which stopped him taking his place in teh T20 world cup squad, only just getting back to the level he was at before the injury.
