Anybody else not having their tktexchange credit showing up on the season ticket renewal?

Nearly £80 in Arsenal tkt Exchange credit missing from my season ticket renewal price when viewed on-line.

Also - well done on the delay getting the renewal letters out late.

Some just arriving this morning.

Yet to get mine.

Maybe the tktexhchange credit will show up on the actual renewal letter.

One game credit cos we only had 6 cup games (I know this is for everyone) and also that I had sold one game on the ticket exchange. This was correct and she knew the game and amount of £ due to me for it straight away. All seemed in place.

On-line it shows my ticket renewal price of £950.73p (I assume that includes the deduction for one of the cup vouchers).

BTW: Halifax Bank are doing a 0% for 17 Months credit card.

Just signed up to it to help spread the cost of the season ticket.

The difference in what I lose in interest in my low interest savings account and paying on a 0% credit card means I will just be stumping up the cash in one go. I will probably be moving to more expensive seats as well, probably around £1,500 :yikes:

As does online when you first log in.

It is only when you go the final page to pay that you will see a nett figure less the deduction for TX sales.

Have a look and see, you don't have to actually conclude the transaction.

I do a "credit card tart" each year for the season ticket.

Just takes the pain out of stumping up the cash in one go.
