the f**king stuff is a nightmare to spread. Even the spreadable versions are a pain.

I keep mine in the fridge and if I haven't planned well enough to take it out in advance of a spreading, I'll use the spreadable pretendy-butter which only takes a minute to soften out of the fridge.
