have to many down days like this. I know deep down i need to do more with my life but once you get to 30 then it seems its to late.

I know its not but i feel like someone who watching a boat sail further and further away.

Football deep down does not is a escape at times really. Arsenal and football are all a enjoyable escape really.

Point is football is a escape from reality of not doing enough with my life.

But i know it be harder and harder as now i am 30 i am bottom of a hill. I just need to start climbing it.

Promblem is women get harder go get as at my age their too mature for a idiot like me who got poor social skills.

Also need to find a carrier going somewhere.

Whole thing my fault really. I felt like a allen from another planet my whole life really. I want to change but harder to change it when life already sailed ahead of you and your stuck in the ocean

having hobbies outside watching films or football. I need to volunteer more or join a film club or anything like that. It give me chance of meeting more people and more birds. Help improve my social skills.

A few people on my Norwegian language class in London joined just for something to do and so that they could meet people. We all went out for drinks after classes, it was really social

Just do it. Volunteer and join clubs for things you'd never even considered before, it'll be a breath of fresh air
