I keep the pans out of the sink and wash all the other **** first.

Otherwise it makes everything stink. I usually let them soak afterwards but even then it still smells a bit sometimes.

Hate it.

Long story short but I had the misfortune to visit an egg 'farm' last week.

The building was over 100 yds long with a processing centre in the middle where the eggs were boxed. The rest was battery units off that central bit with 31,000 laying hens. There was a single hole in the wall in either half about the size of a big cat flap. This was to allow any hen that wanted out to get out. I saw about a dozen or so wandering around pretty much doing fück all except doing Max Wall impressions.

Because all the hens had the opportunity to get out the eggs (even though VERY few did) they were labelled free range. What a load of bollox imo

The stench was incredible and the smell lingered in my nose for hours after we left.

Are you telling me that given a choice, the chickens wanted to be kept in a small box? Or was it just cos it was freezing outside?

There is about 15,000 hens in each half of the building either side of the boxing area in the middle.

They definitely seemed quite 'happy' to just sit there and lay/**** on one of two conveyor belts.

I thought it was interesting that they knew which belt to lay an egg on and which to **** on

Don't be fooled into paying more for eggs labelled free range coz you think they're better tasting/for you and the hens have a better life like a crim in an Open Prison

If you going to be some kind of egg converter man, at least stick to your guns.

I don't think there was anything in my posts that suggested anyone not giving a fück would upset me but tbh I really can't be arsed re-reading to double check

As you were, presumably
