How could Garcia possibly think that saying that he was going to invite Woods over for Fried Chicken, wasn't perceived as a racist comment? Does he really think that people will believe him when he says it wasn't meant to be a racist comment?

This is general, not about my girlfriend.

I think they would not look at a black person and see an inferior person. But if a black man came to their village, or town and tried to perform a role usually done by a local Spanish man, they would think it impossible for that man to succeed.
