Wot with our ground being built on the site of a tip which was once a sewer. The second ground we've had built on a sewer. Don't tell the totts though. They might call us scum.

It's amazing how much dereliction there was in 70s London. Not sure how much was busted industry and how much was bomb damage from the war that was not then redeveloped.
