View Full Version : So, can we say without a shadow of doubt that mike dean deliberately cheated us last night?

The award pf that free kick was an absolute joke and came hot on the heels of his slanging match with cazorla. For me, a blatant case of a ref thinking 'f**k you'

Absolutely disgraceful. He also played one of the most ludicrpus advantages i have ever seen at one point and one of the most ridiculous failures to award advantage at another.

I didnt have a problem with him in otner games but was a f**king joke last night.

There remains the question of why was he even referreeing last night having done the sunderland game just 48 hpurs before

And as he falls maloney tries to win the ball again. He looked pretty surprised by the award of the free kick.

an opposing player as they're running towards goal at pace. At least do it when you could get away with it looking like a fair tussle.

You're supposed to use your feet to tackle

As the player's movement came across cazorla.

The point is that he gave that free kick because he was rattled. I am not saying he has some big orchestrated campaign to f**k us over, merely that he gave the free kick because he was pissed off with cazorla, in the heat of the moment.

Because he is a c**t. The other errors could e put down to the fact that hs is a **** ref.

"Six of one and half a dozen of the other" type scenarios.

Normally it's not given because both players are fouling each other and the ref decides to let them get on with it.

Players running at goal who are impeded by an arm are 99 times out of 100 given a free kick. It's the use of the arm that's the problem. A shoulder barge you MAY get away with on account of simply using your strength fairly.

I honestly cant see how maloney was impeded. Arteta had caught up with him and was forcing alongside. He isnt leaning in and there is nothing to make maloney fall over. He isnt impeded.

I have watched it again and again and i dont see the foul. I accept that some situations can look like a foul but that one didnt.

It felt odd coming so soon after the cazorla incident. Up until then i thought he had done ok.

He gave that free kick because he was pissed off at cazorla for having a go st him. He didnt give it because he thought it was a free kick. He did it to get back at us, in the heat of the moment.

It was a dishonest decision. He was cheating, in that one instance- a fairly significant instance as it turns out.

He is also a **** ref but that is not open for debate here.

Whether or not it was enough to make him fall down is irrelevant to whether or not it was a foul.

Arteta did neither and barely applied pressure in fact. Maloney went down like a Ronaldo. Nevre a free kick.

I didn't have a problem with the non-calls for Cazorla though.
