Can we please just give up looking for hope and pieces of information that we think means Newcastle will get something?

We did the same with Wigan. Its not happening, we f**ked up this year by not beating Wigan, Norwich, West Brom and Fulham at home. In fact our home form this season has been f**king shocking, lets hope we at least thrash Sunderland and then look at the table after.

: I agree with the point that we've had a good season and 72 points (if we get it) is a remarkable return for a weak, unbalanced squad. But the fact is we all know that won't reduce the pain if it goes as it probably will on Sunday.
