View Full Version : What would a Villa win/draw mean for us? Nothing, I assume?

Shoot out with chelsea for third. Would need a hefty win over wigan or newcastle.

Wigan's win rate in Dean matches is superb and would put them in the top 4 if they managed it in their other games.

Tuesday will be Dean's 2nd game in 3 days. PGMOL rules are that refs should have 2 days rest between games.

But like I said, all refs are utterly impartial and fair to both sides.

the FA may possibly do something about it if one referee hated Arsenal so, so much that he did everything within his power to f**k them over at any given opportunity.

I'm positive that you could find stats on referees that 'favour' us, too.

Your faith in the authorities is as quaint as your trust for referees. Corruption has been proven in Italy, France and Spain. FIFA has been proven corrupt. World Cup finals games have been fixed. I doubt the FA are too bothered about poor and even biased refereeing as long as there is no public ****storm about it.

You do realise, I take it, that the head of the PGMOL is Mike Riley. I take it you remember who he is and what he did.

Listen to Gary Neville talk commentate on a Man Utd game and he practically admits that he expects them to be able to foul and get away with it. Souness has admitted that Liverpool got away with murder from the refs in their hayday.

Oh, and Mike Dean was once suspended for having improper connections with a betting company.

It is just some weird, unexplainable jinx.
