Did anyone else get a blank email from Arsenal today, titled about Gold Level renewal?

Obviously this only applies to those with a season ticket...

I was speaking to the box office last week as I wanted to know the procedures for moving my seat. He told me then that they weren't opening renewals until they knew if we were Champions League or not next season.

But then today I got an email titled - Gold Level Membership 2013/14 - Renewal Information‏ - But the body of the email was blank.

Thank you for the fantastic support you have shown throughout the 2012/13 season. We would like inform you that your membership renewal window for the 2013/14 season will open once we have confirmation of our final Barclays Premier League position.
Once this has been confirmed you will receive a renewal email and booklet in the post advising you on how to renew your Gold level membership as well as inform you about all the new membership and ticketing enhancements that will be available to you.
We are also pleased to announce that we have decided to freeze all Gold level membership pricing for the 2013/14 season. There will also be a finance offer available to Gold level members should you need assistance in financing your season ticket. Please note that your renewal deadline is Saturday 1st June 2013.
We look forward to welcoming you back as a Gold level member for the 2013/14 season.

He barely went this season so I basically had 2 tickets for most of the season for the price of 1. A couple of weeks ago I broached the subject of upgrading to Club Level. Not because I really want to but I thought at 2 for the price of 1, I should make it as beneficial to me as possible.
