It just so happens that those three tricks are absolutely brilliant.
I think you accommodate Bale, rather than build your team around.

as someone on here is fond of saying young players do get better. A couple of seasons ago people were banging on that all he could do was push the ball past the full back and run quickly after it. They are looking a mite foolish now.
I agree about the accommodating him bit - that will happen when he goes to a top, top team

Rate of progress between 18 and 23 was incredible. I had literally no idea he was going to become that good.
A contrast with rooney who was brilliant at 17 but arguably hasnt quite become the player he threatened to be.
