community support policeman drink driving to scene of crime

A POLICEMAN from Watlington has been charged with drink-driving.

Andrew Seston, 44, from Cuxham Road, is accused of driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

Officers attended Edmond Road, Lane End, yesterday (Tuesday) after receiving a call for assistance from Seston, who was reporting a public order offence.

A call was also received from the man involved in the incident about the behaviour of the community support officer.

Seston was then arrested and charged on suspicion of drink-driving. The car he was allegedly driving is owned by Thames Valley Police.

He has been released on bail to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court on May 17. :hehe:
