you've ever received your order in full just how you placed it?

Every bloody time there are things missing of substitute products.

Replacing 2 steaks with 1 steak of a higher quality is not good imo.

I also hate the idea of some spotty herbert pawing and selecting my fresh veg. Wine orders tend to go OK mind you

I've twice had things unavailable with no substitutes, but other than that it's always been ok. :shrug:
