Something for the board to think about. To be fair steve bould left the youth set up to become arsene assistant this year and that might of had a affect. Also liam brady having less of role now and that might also have a affect. :shrug:

Only Gibbs and Wilshere came up through Arsenal. The rest were bought as teenagers out of other clubs' systems.
