His ability to motivate and extract the best from his squad is very Fergie-esque. He is the best, but wouldn't come to Arsenal I don't think.

Fatih Terim is another coach that has players willing to run through walls for him.

Moyes has done incredibly well with vastly more limited funds.



Personally, I'd like Carlo Ancelotti. Brilliant coach, well respected by players and low drama. Another huge managerial mistake the Chavs have made (Mourinho and Ancelotti firings)
