Arteta and Ramsey provide the hard work in front of back 4 , if we play Wilshire he moves Cazorla to the left where he is not as effective, tricky

Agreed.
Ramsey finally found his place in the team...can't take him out....the 4 and the 2 work...now it's to figure out the other 4 but with Giroud, Theo, Ox, Wilshere, Santi, Podolski and Gervinho it will be tough.
Giroud picks himself up front so my 3 in behind would be Theo, Santi and Podolski.
a bit tough on Jack but what are you going to do....he can't play a deep lying role because that's not his game....he's too small, too slow and too creative to be given that role......ideally I'd want him in the Bergkamp role but behind a front two but that ruins the balance of he Arteta-Ramsey partnership.
tough one on the kid....
we could switch to a 3 6 1 and keep the Ramsey-Arteta partnership with Santi and Wilshere teaming up behind Giroud but that's radical....however the only person who would lose out here would be Theo.....

Perhaps a bit of tinkering might be required?

We shift positions so much that having Jack and Santi on at the same time will probably just enhance our build up play and help us confuse their defenders better.

It's just taken a little time for him to learn the role in our set up, played there plenty for malaga and villareal.
