Jack just isn't 100% match fit and can't be risked against a strong team like Everton
Theo not only will worry them but he'll also reduce Baines runs down their left
My only concern with Per is balls over the top / through the middle when we hold a high line, as against WBA - its important that the rest of the defence are aware of this and ensure that Per is always covered
