1. Clearly no foul for Norwich opening goal.
2. Wasn't clear either way if it was a corner or goal kick prior to our pen.
3. Definite pen, well spotted the lino & why he is getting stick for making the correct call is beyond me.
4. Walcott was offisde for our 3rd.
Correct score should have been 2-0

Oh & how f**king **** was our defending of that free kick :shout:

always amuses me this "we'll have 10 penalties a game, if they were all given" nonsense, yes we would for about the first 2 games but it would stop rapidly. It's a foul!!!

"And you can just see - there - he grabs Giroud's shirt. Definitely not a penalty."

Top doublethink, wd CK.

In fairness, his point was that similar things happen at most corners and are rarely given so it was a least a bit lucky.

And as it should never have been a corner you could say we were very lucky.

And as Giroud had a big handful the defender's shirt when he scored the second, you could say we were very, very lucky.

Not to mention the offside third.

wd the lino imo, can we have him tomorrow night?

Even footballers aren't that thick.

Except Frimpong maybe.

1. Gibbs tried to break his ankles. Should've been a straight red.

2. Its was a goal kick. Just because you can't see it's not a corner doesn't mean its inconclusive Sherlock.

3. Giroud was committing the same offence. Defender was only try to keep his balance.

4. Walcott was a mile onside you cheating f**kers

5. You defence is **** Ricky Van Wolfswinkle will rape Mertersacker et al next season.

The beef should be the fact pelanty aren't given in similar circumstances rather than girning because we got one.

Misplaced angst imvho

The opposite argument was heard repeatedly after that celtic champions league game.

I am beginning to feel that we actually got stitched up and norwich got away with murder :-)

Giroud only grabs the Norwich players shirt after the Norwich player has hold of his, therefore the first offence was committed by their player, penalty

cameras so he should get benefit of the doubt on that one. Giroud was clearly fouled for the pen. Third was offside and a foul admittedly but their goal was never a free kick. Here's the main (little discussed) fact though:

Norwich were f**king atrocious, **** bunch of journeymen that will be back in the championship before you know it. We played 80 minutes in a coma before we brought on the ox and he decided to just stroll through their defence unchallenged. Bad day at the office saved by how bad Norwich are.

Regardless of what Wenger or the scoreline suggests, we were incredibly complacent in that game and its only a matter of time before one of these ****s sides make us pay (again).
