I say bad, why ?
Well because it is based on point deduction penalty system.
I expect this to be upheld in a way that if you are very bad (city,united,chelsea,us)you will get something like 10 points deducted and if you are like Everton or newcastle who might just break the rules you will get something like 3 points taken off
So here is the league table if you use FFP from the start of this season
1. Man u 67p
2. City. 55
3. Spurs. 51
4. Everton 49
5. Chels. 48
6. Arsenal 46
7. WBA. 44

17. Sunder. 28
18. Villa. 24
19. Readi. 23
20.QPR. 14
This is based on the wage structure because the rule about loss of £105m
over 3years will be solved by owners making sponsor deals
