Easy to say that it is an obvious offside but we are expecting a human to look through all those players to see the exact moment the ball is crossed and look in an entirely different direction to spot the last Malaga defender who could well be the one on the far side and calculate that the Dortmund players were definitely in front in a split second. Impossible without guessing. I am actually amazed linesman get as many decisions right as they do (obviously the later one was a bit easier but you can also sort of understand why that was given as well

and the only one who is "miles" off is Reus who is walking backwards and therefore not active

this has greatly diminished my frustration with anyone (almost) who officiates at sport at any level.

Hugely glad to see Dortmund through, lovely team.

Couldn't give a balls about the decisions, it happens. Quite a lot last night in fact.

all rather childish. Götze should have won the tie on his own. Great goal by them for the first one though

I know they get paid but is it really their only source of income?

if it had happened to us I would have been livid. I would not have played the racism card however. That was plain daft.

Gotze-Reus-Lewandowski.

If the exact goal was scored tonight with Xavi-Messi-Iniesta we would be enduring endless repeats of it on SKY and other media.

I am developing a football based hard-on with the lad Gundogan also.

Not sure you would have seen it but the post game interview with Klopp was priceless, the man is a loon.

just a shame that getting it wrong can have such a profound effect on a game....

These things happen, one would be briefly unhappy but then you just move on and accept human error occurs and always will, part of the game.

harbouring grave senses of injustice is good for the soul.

I still get extremely cross about the officials missing Stephane Henchoz's handball in the 01 Cup Final.

Or another season even.

And even if there isn't, no-one ever gave any guarantees about winning, in any case. Losing is just part of the game.

hitting the mitt. I wonder if you can hear the ball strike clearly enough to do the same?
