I would prefer then not to win the title at ours.

But it would be the most gut wrenching part of the RvP saga if it happens

Would've been just as good to win at Villa, wouldn't it.

I dunno. I simply don't feel any hate towards United at all. And I'm so used to seeing them win stuff anyway.

Combine that with my natural affection for RVP and you may see why i don't mind the prospect of them winning it at our place.

and me, but partly because I would love to do a bike ride in the Surrey hills that day.

would use the symbolism of RvP ditching us to then come back straight away to win his first major trophy at our ground with his new team. Wenger and the board would get it good.

Rich-esque logic there. What does this have to do with Robin?

If you fancy a more challenging walk, go to the other side of Dorking and walk up White Down Lane from the A25. 18% gradient for the 2nd half of it. It's a killer when you do it on a bike.

Nothing wrong with that if it is your preference.

I suspect that without Arsene, and unless his successor is of a similar mind and quality, you will have no reasons left to support Arsenal. I think you know this too.

No idea whether it's any good or not.

We bring in new players every year and I still develop an affection for them, simply by virtue of them wearing our shirt. I don't see that changing either.

I am interested to see how I'll feel when Wenger leaves. You would expect he will have a big say in his successor, so his light will continue to burn at the club, which will help me deal with the transition. And then there's the fact that every young player who comes through the ranks for the next 20 years is likely to be a Wenger prodege.

If you plan a route, you might as well go up there and then go back down the same way.
