The effects would have been far too late to have accounted for the massive, ongoing levels of unemployment in the early and mid 80s.

Print unions were notoriously bad before Maggie and Rupert dispensed with them, jobs for life and then passed down to kids, wtf!!!

So it wasnt because there wee 3 people for every job. It was a knock on effect from something to do with the previous labour government.
I do enjoy being told of maggie's hilarious exploits.
